The
Kylie Ann Rosset Memorial Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization
assisting families whose child with cancer is being treated at The
Cancer Institute of New Jersey and the Bristol-Myers Squibb Childrens
Hospital at RWJUH, both located on the Robert Wood Johnson medical
campus in New Brunswick, NJ.
Here is what the Kylie Ann Rosset Memorial Foundation does with
the funds raised:
- gives
financial support to families who have or have lost a child with
cancer
- works
with the families and hospital social workers to determine the
needs of the children and their families
- supports
pediatric cancer research that seeks to improve upon traditional
cancer therapies
- works
with other organizations to give families the most assistance
possible
- funds
quality of life projects for children with cancer
- donates
computers, toys, videos, books, etc. to area hospitals and treatment
centers for the use of young cancer patients
- raise
awareness and act as advocates for children who are fighting cancer
